Default Carlo Scarpa

Looking for an answer to a question on marks. I have some Italian glass stamped "MADE IN ITALY" Does anyone know who uses this mark?

Can you post an image of the label and the item? The label can can be either a generic or something more substantial. A picture of both would help. You mentioned Carlo Scarpa, is the item signed? Am very interested in seeing your glass!

Talking Carlo Scarpa

I found the vase in the European Design Network. It is a Carlo Scarpa vase designed in 1927 and in production from 1928 till 1931.

The Made in Italy stamp looks right, but Venini usually has an additional "Venini" stamp. Is there another on the vase? Where did you purchase it?

Check http://jetsetmodern.com/greatglass1.htm for some Venini markings.
