Red face Cat And Bird

HI..I am new to this site..but have always loved italian glass and have only recently been buying. So I would really appreeciate any advice given!!!
I have just purchased these two amazing pieces..
The cat was bought at an antique store for $100(australian)..It is very heavy with the most amazing flecks of gold and other colours. It has some very light scratches on the body and bottom. its stands about 9cm and is 20cms long.
The bird was bought on ebay for $60.00 (australian)..Again very heavy..stands around 45 cms tall and it too has lots of flecks of gold and other colours.
Neither have stickers or markings.
PLEASE take a look and if you can tell me something about them and their worth I would be wrapped!!!!!!! Thank you........

I have been waiting to see if anyone knew anything about your two pieces. I do not know anything about Murano animal figurines, but thought the cat looked a bit like Nason. His look is widely replicated, however, so it is just a guess.

I think your parrott is an eye catcher. I have no idea who might have done it, but I wanted to say that I like it.

Hi. Ive seen a similar Murano bird made by Formia for auction on Ebay. However, it is a very popular style, and could easily be made by another!
