Default Elio Raffaeli Snail?

Can anybody confirm that this is Elio Raffaeli's signature? The piece is very well made. It's about 5 1/4" high x 8" long. I know a value is very difficult to determine.
Thank you,

FYI, I read the old post saying an Ebay seller fakes signatures.

I saw your signature in your photo album but you should post it here.
Did you check the label library?

Cool snail.

The signature looks good to me and it looks like something Elio would make. I think you can safely say Elio Raffaeli. In fact, your snail will be in the zoo soon as I can resize the pictures to fit the format.

The snail is in the zoo now at http://sites.google.com/site/muranoz...nvertebrates-4. I love the blue of the cane. It brightens the page.

I agree with Anita. The snail was most likely made by Elio Raffaeli. It looks like his signature. Murano glass snails were once very popular.
