Spring is here!

Spring is here! This means that there will be a bumper crop of estate sales, auctions and antique shows to visit, and to find that all so elusive piece of Murano glass to complete my collection! I was in New hope NJ this past weekend, and it was a shame to see that there were still so many businesses shuttered after the floods a week ago. There are 2 shops in particular that have Murano or art glass that interested me the most, on seemed to have mostly Italian Imports,including Murano Glass jewelry, and the other seemed to have only American Made art glass. For the life of me I cannot remember the names of either store. Maybe it was the terrific beer from the River Horse brewery across the Delaware that has clouded my memory.
