Deruta Liqueur Pitcher..help

I have a beautiful Deruta Liqueur pitcher. However, I am having a terrible time finding anything out about it, such as where it was made, when, by which artisian, etc. I cannot seem to figure out how to post a few pictures with this thread to help in identifiying...please help.

Description: Michel Liqueur on tag near neck, Creme de Menthe White on body...handle (yellow with brown stripes), natural cork with brown, ceramic covering. Marking on the bottom are A.S./E.4 (or F), then Deruta Italy
