Would appreciate if someone can throw some light on this beautiful jade green
lamp shade from Barbini Murano. Is there a name assigned to the series? What is the year of manufactured? This bulbous lamp shade comes with a pair of matching green glass lamp shades that has a clamp shell shape. My estimated is about 1950s based on the location where it was found. For an estimate on when it was made, you can use the Barbini label to determine age. Based on the design and the clear plastic label, it looks to be from the late 70's onwards. Take a look at the label library for Barbini labels from earlier periods, they were mostly paper and foil.
