Great point, David. You are exactly right. Great pieces btw!
 I have some scavo pieces made by Franco Moretti and a piece made by Sergio Rossi, just to throw some other makers out there that are from Murano and that are lesser known. Both maker's scavo techniques are quite different as well. You are dead on with your point. tam bam
