Help! Is is Murano? What is the signature?

Greetings all, I have this vase and I need help. is it Murano? The etched signature appears to be Wmroh? Is @1998 the year it was made or the factory number. Would this be considered the envelope style? I am new to Murano so any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Beedeetwo13, a nice vase. But I am sure it is not Murano made. Also I have no idea who signed it. The vase could be made anywhere ( Czech, Germany, USA etc.) cause there are no tipical characters. Sorry that I couldn´t give you a better information. Maybe others can help.

I would guess that the 1998 is the date of manufacture, I cant make out the signature either.
