Default Salviati Fish/serpent lamp? Age? Value?

I was sold this as 1920s/30s, Salviati.

It stands 37 cm.

I would like help confirming or dispelling the above and a rough idea of what it might be worth.

Two similar lamps are on ebay for between $250-$450.

To me, the base looks more modern than the 20's/30's, but its just an educated guess, im not on expert on lighting. Anyone else have any ideas?
