I bought this at an estate sale. Was told it was Murano Glass, I just bought it because I liked the look of it.
Would like to know: 1. Is it Murano Glass 2. If so the value of the piece 3. Any other info someone has about it If you could email directly as well as I may consider selling it and I frequently check my email. brandmcs5211@yahoo.com Thx Brandon McSmith |

Hi Brandmcs5211 The answer to your question is that it is not Murano in origin,it may have/had a label blue/red which said Murano ,however that would not be correct. Its modern and the colours are common to this maker. Its good that you like it as it would have low resale value Thats my opinion others may differ.Cliff

To me it looks like it would have had a label that read either "Crystal Clear, Made in Italy" or "Lavorazione Arte Murano, Made in Italy." This type glass is made in Naples by a company named Chirico. I believe yours is one of their creations.
