I'd like to know if as best you can tell this ruby bowl with its gold inflections appears to be authentic Murano glass from the 30's.

Yes, it is Murano glass. The rim and placement of the flowers on each side looks like it may be made by AVeM. I don't know if it is 1930s. I believe this type glass was also made in the 1950s. So... I don't know the year, but yes, it is Murano glass.
