Huge Clown-like fish. Is it Murano?

I bought this last week and the seller assured me it was Murano, but I believe it could also have been made in Bulgaria or China?

It reminded me of the clowns that came from Murano too, but as I don't like them ... I know very little about this area.

It's very heavy at 3 kg and stands 38.5 cm.
