Hello,
I bought this large orange swag lamp from my neighbor who is now having to move to California where she and her husband can be closer to family. She says this is a Murano lamp and that she bought it in the 1960's while traveling in Italy. I have tried to find one similar but have had no luck. I am curious to the value it may have. I paid $300 and it looks great in our mid-entury home. Has anyone else seen one like this. ![]() |

Hi John3511 l am sure your lamp looks great insitue .first let me ask are the fittings brass or chrome does it have any labels . this style of lamp was made in many countries in Europe France Belgium ltaly l would say that regardless of country of origin $300 was a fair price to pay only if it could be attributed to a well known murano glassmaker would it fetch a substantially higher amount.
