Default Italian?

The longest dimension is about 13 inches. It's about 5" tall.

Was in amongst a Murano collection though I'm thinking Czech. Does seem to be a nicely made piece. What does the base tell us?

Thanks Cliff, Any pointers to where online I can look for examples of French glassware of this type?

In the meantime I'll dig up another Murano candidate for the board
