A friend has recently offerred me the opportunity to purchase 5 or 6
large murano glass bowls/vases they have inherited. Neither of us are sure of prices and approximate values which would be considered fair in exchange for the glass. I have taken them to a jewellers whom did not specialise in glass at all, but did confirm to me that the 'silver' is in fact plated. Each vase is labelled with either a silver or black 'murano made in Italy' sticker. Approximate width of each vases is 60cm across. There is also a sea blue and green version of the photos attached Would anyone have any rough idea on value or background? |

Hi Sammyjayne,
Unfortunately I've never seen quite a vase/bowl, let alone three. There is a currently a murano glass bowl on a silver base with a La Meridiana tag on it. maybe it will be a clue. (I would think the ones in your pictures better pieces) |

Do any of the labels match anything in the label library? They are hard to make out in the photo.
