The bowl has banding coloured aqua green ??? with white latice around the insde.
Its 4.75 inches dia and 1.75 inches tall. The pontil mark is rough. Could this be Chinese |

The filigrana looks to be well done, its probably not attributable, but Murano.

This type of rim was done a lot by AVeM. It was also done by Fratelli Toso, but not as often. My first guess would be AVeM. Of course, the second guess would be FT. This type of glass almost always had a rough "snap" pontil. The rod was snapped off and the glass remnants were not polished. I've seen these pieces a lot, so they are Murano glass.

Beautiful bowls!. I must say I'm partial to the purple one with the matching paperweight.

Cubby, the paperweight is actually A. Seguso and not AVeM. I just put the two together because they look so happy together.
![]() Malley, I was wondering about your bowl though. I think only difference between the FT and the AVeM bowls is that AVeM adds the adventurine around the ribbon work and FT does not from what I have seen. It is hard to tell in your pics, does yours have this around the ribbon work? tam bam |
