Default New Member - Need Help with 2 signatures

I have two pieces of Murano art glass that I purchased on a trip to Murano Island in September 2001. I bought what I thought was pretty, but didn't really know the artists. I am now considering selling my Murano art glass, and I would like to try to understand its value. Identifying the signatures might be a good start.

Can anyone help??

I will try to upload pictures of the entire items if I can get my images small enough. The blue and purple piece of art glass is a sommerso vase, and the blue and green piece of art glass is a statue of a woman. When I was on Murano Island there was a huge, greater than life size statue pretty much the same as mine (which is much smaller), and it was called "The Shame".

I will try to upload pictures this weekend.

Thanks in advance for any help with the signatures .

The second signature is two last names. Somebody and Tagliapietra. The Tagliapietra is written in the style of Andrea Tagliapietra. Now if we can only figure out who the person working with Andrea was.

Default Picture of my Murano Art Glass

Here are the pictures. Sorry it took me a while. I have several pictures of each piece, and I have a few more pieces in addition to the two with signatures on the bottom. One (the tricolored dish) has a label on the bottom --- "Formia". The millefiori glass basket and the fish do not have labels nor signatures, however I am certain they are Murano glass, as I bought them in Murano . I cannot upload all photos at once, so they will come in batches of two.....and I have 15 photos in total. The glass sculpture of the woman ("The Shame") is 11 1/4 inches tall and weighs 8.5 pounds.

Thanks for the help with naming the artists.
