A giant bird

I bought a few days ago a giant pheasant on Ebay. It was delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, he has a flaw at the top of the comb and I did not realize that in the picture. It was already there, sanded and polished.
Can you run populate this place again? There are addresses for these restorations?
I think it is worth, the bird is really fantastic - many colors - 50 cm - 4.5 kg in weight - and otherwise well preserved and has a very good job.
Manufacturer? No label, no signature.
