Default Maker of this Murano bowl

Hello All~I just wanted to know if anyone could identify the maker and age of this geometric cut bowl. It measures 6 1/2 X 3" and the thickness is 1 1/2". It does have a round made in murano sticker. Would this be a bowl or ashtray? I would appreciate any help. Thank you and I am excited to be a part of a murano forum. Lynn

Hi Lynn! Love the bowl.
I took a quick look at your bowl, and immediate thought of one maker, Mandruzzato, who strays from the very organic shapes of traditional Murano glass into the geometric. Check out the bottom of this page: http://www.great-glass.co.uk/library/lib4ab.htm for some pictures of a similar bowl.
