Here is the secon piece I was asking for help with. Both came from a home with a very large Murano collection, but I've learned never to assume. Hours on line have not gotten me very far.

It looks more Scandinavian to me, despite the handles. The colour, the mass of glass, the shape, and even the stopper say Scandinavia to me. But I've been wrong many times before.
