Default Vase- "amberina"... Murano?

I just saw this vase in a consignment shop. It's quite heavy, has a polished base with "wear". It was marked "Amberina", but doesn't look like the Blenko vases I see online. Just curious if anyone thinks it's Italian, or ... Murano?

Thanks.

The piece has more in common with Czech glass than Murano. I don't recognize it, however. A close up of the base from the side might help.

Thanks for looking. The base is flat and polished. A friend thinks it looks like a vase his grandmother bought in Italy many years ago. I looked at a lot of online sites for Murano, Czech, amberina, and couldn't find anything quite like it.
