3 pointed / knobbly green vase

Hi, cannot find any info re this 3 pointed knobbly green vase.
Its 1.131g and is 11 inches tall with a base dia of 3.25 inches which is ground and polished flat. it looks to be cased in clear glass. Is this a Murano vase please.
