I've had this liquor bottle since sometime before 1985. Liquor is gone now of course, but I know the container has some value...cannot find it on the internet except a picture of it along with a couple of other bottles on the front page of a Murano price book that was for sale for about $52. Don't want to order the price book, so does anyone know the value?? Thanks

Hi, thank you for posting the picture. We have seen Luxardo and Drioli bottles, but the ones that have been on this site have been made of glass. This is the first time I have seen a pottery liquor bottle on this site. A smaller (only 6 inches tall) gondolier decanter is selling for $14.99 on ebay.
Regarding value, I wouldn't be confident in guessing, but a used copy of the book Luxardo bottles: Identification and price guide is slightly more than $6 on Amazon, so it may be a good investment. Good luck and report back if you find out any more information, it would be an interesting follow up.

thanks for the info, I will try amazon for the price book, as I said the one that had a pic of my bottle along with a couple of other bottles on the cover was selling for $52 +. I thought I would try to find an answer first by just inquiring if anyone had one or knew anything about it.
