It is not Barovier & Toso. I am not sure who made it. I lean toward Fratelli Toso because of the base. They did birds on these types of base (5 tilted feet on bottom of pedestal).

Fratelli Toso is a Murano company. Fratelli means brothers, so Fratelli Toso means the Toso brothers. Of course, there were many other people besides the Tosos working there. The Tosos were the owners of the company at different times in the evolution of the company. They made a lot of glass in their 100+ years of business and made many bird forms.
Murano glass is not so simple to say specific things for the majority of things made there. For example, I said that I leaned toward Fratelli Toso because it has the type of base I have seen on some pieces that had labels. It doesn't mean that it definitely is. If one is unsure when selling something, it is best just to call it Murano. This is completely acceptable.
