I cannot read the signature, it looks like a then a j or f then o the either rs or 85 then 3045?

I don't really associate this style with them, but do you think the signature might be Afors. Afors is in Sweden. There is a factory there that linked with furnaces from other cities -- first Boda, then Kosta. A wide range of pieces was made at Afors. The placement and appearance of the signature is consistent with Scandinavian, so maybe. The signature is too small to pick it out well on the picture.
