It is a Cenedese scavo cylinder vase. I can't help with the value. You can find some prices for different Cenedese scavo vases by putting the words in a search engine. The values are variable, based on the characteristics of the vase.

Hi Bob151 What you have here is a Murano Scavo tube vase by Cenedese in my opinion by Antonio da Ros for Vetreria Gino Cenedese. Scavo being the effect given when a surface is covered with half melted glass powders mixed with sand. Produced in last 40yrs fair size between 10-11inches as to value $250-300 is my opinion.some of these vases had designs or pattern which may add to desirability.Cliff
