Hello

I have this "Vessel", and I would like it get some feedback about it. Must be at least 50 years old and its measures are 20 ¼" height and 8 ½" wide. It doesn“t have any sign or signature and is in perfect conditions.

I would like to know the date of the piece, the value, and any extra info. If anyone can help,
I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks in Advance!

JGM

Hi. Nice Find! It looks to be a very characteristic "tutti frutti" Arte Vetraria Muranese (A.Ve.M for short) piece from the 1950's (here is a page (http://www.great-glass.co.uk/library/lib4ab.htm) with photos of many similar A.Ve.M pieces), and it is listed as being worth between $800-$1000. However, at the same time, similar looking vases have been counterfeit, but if the vase is over 50 as you mentioned, it sounds like you have a keeper! It is not unusual to find a A.Ve.M without a signature or Label, as many didn't have have any at all.

Thats a nice vase! Where did you get it from? I would like to hear at a estate sale, but then again, maybe not, as I have not had any luck like that yet!
