Is this a V. Nason Fish?

When I first bought this paperweight I thought for sure it was a Toso piece. Mainly because of the way the Eyes and Mouth are. Then I was searching through the zoo and found a cat with the Formia label. Then, As I was searching through the Label Library I came across a Horse Head in the same design that had a clear V. Nason label. I have seen many other animals in this design but, not a fish. The Fins, Mouth, and Eyes are dark amethyst and If you look through it from the bottom it is dark amethyst all the way through the middle. The little white dots on the fins, mouth, and eyes are reflections from the lights I use for taking pictures. I am really curious to know how they made this design. Any info concerning who could have made it and an approximate value would be appriciated.

Yes, there is a good chance this is a V.Nason pieces or possibly FM Konstglas Ronneby
