LOL. It wasn't that much of a big deal, I would up selling the item, but my frustrations are directed more towards Ebay. For nonpayment you can't leave negative feedback? If I had been able to leave accurate feedback, on ebay, I would not have posted this rant, I just felt this buyer got away scott free. I don't use ebay much for selling anymore, but this reinforces my decision not to.

I do not know much about Ebay, as I do not sell anything there, and have only bought one item from there --- but it should protect the seller too.

Non-payment is Non-payment......period....and THAT should be worth some (negative) feedback of any type, IMHO

http://serve.mysmiley.net/confused/confused0024.gif why not ???

One thing that is bad is that sellers can't leave negatives, but buyers can when they don't pay. Then the feedback remains until the seller completes the NPB process. Even then, it shows up on some sites as bad feedback that was erased.

NPBs take up too much time.

I actually sent 2 vases out to the above address, but the remaining orders I caught. I figured I would up let everyone else know as well.

That makes me angry, Charlie. I know that every seller/merchant on the group knows how you feel. I wish the postal authorities would be on the lookout for this fraudster. It bothers me that good art glass is in the hands of a cad.

Due to the amount of the vases and the fact it was sent via mail, its a felony level crime and crosses into wire fraud since its intrastate. I have to follow up with the Jacksonville PD to see whats going on.
