Hi. Welcome to the forums! There have been a few similar itmes posted recently, one I belive was a decanter and glass set. Im not certain who the mfr was, the gilding and enamel (?) flower is not typical.

Hi! Check out my post on 3/29/06. Our pieces are very similar. Mine is shaped sorta like an urn and if you ever find out any info, post me and I will certainly do the same for you. I would certainly think the same artist did these. Thanks, Deb. :)

I have been seeing a lot of gilded cobalt glass by Salviati. I would not be surprised if the vase was made by them. I do not know all of Salviati's labels. The pieces that I've seen with labels on them have been marked "Salviati & Co., Venice." If you check Salviati's cobalt pieces, you may be able to find your piece. If you do, it is a high-end, very desirable work of art.

I think it is beautiful.
