I have several pieces from an estate sale that I would like to know the ballpark values on in Atlanta Ga. Anyone know who I should take them to or should I just post the pics here first? They are signed cenedese murano one is a matched set very heavy orange vase and bowl, like acid acid washed ? I am not even sure about the rest except the signatures and the orange set had the actual labels.Need to post the pictures I guess huh? Thanks:):o
How in the world do you get pics of the etched signatures to com e out. I will have to try a different digital camera but any tips? Lighting or backdrops? The darker lavender colored pieces I douvbt are murano the signature almost looks like it says anita williams but I know that is not it.Silver murano cenedese vetrii is on the egg.

Hi and welcome Momflipsoutgvoo,
Looks like you have some scavo Cenedese pieces there and some nice ones at that. I have no earthly clue who made your lavender pieces but they are so beautiful! :)

Saved the pieces in my new album I posted from a yard sale I conducted for friends because I know nothing really about the murano glass, but seeing the signatures told me I could not get what they were really worth at a yard sale. My friends had to move from a huge lake house they lost in forclosure to a 2 bdrm trailer. She has alzheimers, and he is overwhehelmed with the move and everything else. Help anyone?

Hi The Cenedese paperweight should fetch around the $50 mark paperweights seem to retain labels better than other items, the Scavo vases $150 perhaps I cannot read signatures on other pieces, this is on ebay ,other option is auction house but commision is restrictive ,other option is you buy them and become a collector its a great pursuit, its good of you to help these people in their time of need but glass can take time to find a buyer at a fair price.Good luck Cliff

Fortunately they are in no hurry. Blessings of alzheimers mean she has forgotten all about the past already! She would most likely not remember a thing about any of the pieces. He isn't in any hurry though as I said. What is your opinion of the cactus like piece?
