Bought this recently. The previous owner's daughter said it's Italian, purchased at least 25 years ago but it has no label or markings.
It measures 8"Tall and weighs about 3lbs.
Look familiar to anyone?

Hi. Im not sure that you will be able to determine a mfr. From the design and coloration, I would consider it to be a more recent piece, but not from one of the better known companies. So much Murano is unidenifiable as to the maker it can drive a person crazy trying to figure it all out!

Yes, I'm finding that out.
It seems that there are so many Italian companies that steal designs, etc. from one another that who can be sure whose is whose?

Its such a small island and the concentration of ideas/shops/furnaces and families in the same business, ideas tend to spread quickly.

Whoever said "just buy what you like" is right. Just buy what gives you pleasure and then it doesn't matter if it isn't what you thought it was. It still has personal value and appeal.
