Can You Tell Me Where To Get Help?

Hi Everyone!

this is not a Murano piece but I am hoping someone can tell me where to look to find out more about this piece of pottery. It's old,had been moved from home to home but no one knows how old, but thinks it may have come frome Spain with a relative. Would like to find it's value and identify the maker :-)

I would guess this is either Chinese or Japanese based on the style and character on the bottom of the vase.
