Is this Murano Sommerso or ?

Hello!

I am totally lost when it comes to art glass.
I have a piece of Murano (I think) but it is odd as the inside looks white and the outside is clear. I am not sure who made it but was told it may be Murano.

If anyone has any information, such as the manufacturer(Murano?)Artist, style and value - I would be so happy for any help.
