Urban Glass is having a Glass Bead expo this month from 3/18 to 3/20 in NYC. I'don't know if there will be Murano Beads there, but its worth a shot, if only to see some great work.

Win a collection of beads and help The Bead Project! Many of the artists exhibiting at the expo will be donating beads and a drawing for this collection will be held after the expo. Tickets will be $3.00 and you don't need to be present to win. Proceeds from this drawing will go to The Bead Project, a scholarship program of UrbanGlass for low-income women to learn glass beadmaking as a money-earning skill. The program began in 1997 and sessions are offered twice yearly.
