Mystery Cellini Dragon candle holder and vase - Help!

These were my late grandmother's. I believe she got them from northern Italy in the '70's or early 80's. Any help would be appreciated.

Lovely items; hope you keep them and watch them grow in value and appreciation. I, myself, am trying to find more information on a Cellini piece; that is what brought me to this forum -- your listing, I believe. So far, all I can determine is that Cellini was a place, a village in Italy; it may also have been the name of a person or company, but have not yet discovered that. My guess is that the company name most likely incorporates this village within its formal name. Your first piece, of course, is a lamp base, beatuful.
