Murano ? Clown question

Hi all,

I've acquired this clown recently and have a question..

It measures 9 3/4" tall and I'm almost certain it is vintage. I was wondering if you all could verify if it is in fact Murano and perhaps give me a potential value....

This appears to be a Mexican glass clown.

or maybe Chinese. The glass has a lot of bubbles, and the colors are not typical for a vintage clown.
