Hi, I bought these as Murano and was wondering if anyone could confirm this :o
There are no labels attached, the bird is approx 3.5" high and the slipper is 4" long.
Cheers, Infract :)

They certainly look Murano -- simply beautiful! I am new to Murano, but the pieces seem to have a Fratelli Toso or Salviati feel to them. The lines are so graceful. Is there any evidence of age on the bird and slipper?

Glad to see the forums are back up for my fix!!

They are definitely Murano, the latticino is done well, but I dont know who may have made them. It can be difficult to definitively attribute Murano Glass many (most?) of the time. Regardless, they are both very nicely done.

No idea of the age sorry as I bougth them at an auction house. Thankyou both for your replies, this is such a helpful site. I am a novice collecter and it is so good to be able to confirm wether my pieces are Murano or not :)

Follow this link for a similar slipper. Saw this the other day.
