Two pink swirl and lace white striped Murano????

Hello all,

I have two Murano labled dishes that are definatly older. Murano is not my speciality and I would like to know what these are before putting them on ebay. If you could help me to identify them that would be of great help.

You can see in the cup on the last photo is a small internal crack, so please take that into account if you value them. I was quite upset to see that crack the last time I upacked them. :confused:

Welcome to the forums! I like the zanfirico stripes, they are some of my favorite types of Venetian Glass! The cracked cup would significantly affect its value. Were these items part of a larger set?

Thanks for the welcome. The cup like item I belive was a sugar bowl. I have had these items for well over 15 yrs and remember a creamer being with the two other pieces at one time. But have not found it. I paid quite a bit for them back in the late 80's. :) Inglass

Whole sets usually go for less than art glass or vases, but you can usually get a decent price for them. The cracked item would not be worth much Do you know who made the items? Did you purchase them directly from a furnace? The red and gold Murano label is used by more than one mfr.

I have been buying glass for 23 years and bought these in the late 80's from an estate in New Orleans. Is one of the items i just do not know much about and I appreciate the help. Am looking for the creamer it has to be in one of the many boxes of glass.
