Murano Glass clowns. Where to buy?

Can anyone recommend a good site to buy the glass clowns from?

My mum has a huge collection and even though they we wrapped up as securly as possible the removal men still managed to break nearly the whole collection!!

She is devastated as she has had them for well over 30years (if not longer). For them all to have broken, in the way they have, the box must have been dropped from quite a height!! They are all of sentimental value and I'm not sure if she bought them 30+ yrs ago or if they were passed down to her.

I would like to try and replace a few for her. They all had the scorpion mark in them and were all in pristine condition.

We will try and claim back the money so we can re-puchase them, but I know she will feel it just won't be the same!!

Please if anyone can help I would be most greatful!

Hi. Sorry to hear about the broken clowns, especially since they were sentimental. There are a few threads in the forum about Murano clowns, that can lead you in the right direction, but I am aware of the following sites that sell murano clowns:

I have never purchased from either store, but they have been around for a while , I believe.

You may want to try ebay also, you can find some real steals, and its better for vintage clowns, which is what you seem to have.
