There is a lot of Venetian glassware that is made to look hand-painted. What the decorators do is to make cut-outs of pictures that are on paper or some other surface, fix them to the glass, then usually use enamel paint to seal and hide the edges. I would call this decoupage on ceramic or pottery. What is the technique called when it is used on glass? I searched to see if I could find glass decoupage, but came up with nothing. It must be called something else? Anybody have any idea?
