unusual ring

I have a clear glass ring with a 1 inch diameter domed top. The dome is 1/2 inch high and there are 9 beautiful flowers in the millefiori style. The band is 1/4 inch wide and 1/8 inch thick. Has anyone ever seen anything similiar?

I don't have a picture unfortunately. The ring is very large but beautiful. Where have you seen similiar rings and are they custom designed or common style?
